Monterey Benefits, LLC has developed and utilized a unique model for designing, implementing and communicating the employee benefit solution. The model also referred to, as the Employee Benefit Management System is comprised of the following three components.

Employer Surveys - Benefits:

Monterey Benefits, LLC has utilized industry specific data regarding employee benefits (cost, coverage, contribution levels, plan designs etc.) for clients in the past. By utilizing the survey information Monterey Benefits, LLC is able to identify and measure existing benefits against "Key" benchmark data. Monterey Benefits, LLC utilizes both proprietary and industry specific survey data.

Employer Marketing - Recruitment / Retention:

Do employees understand the value of the entire compensation / benefits package being offered? Does the employer actively communicate / market what are all of the components of the compensation / benefits package?

Monterey Benefits, LLC assists clients in marketing / communicating the value associated with the compensation / benefits package. Monterey Benefits, LLC internally generates personalized "Employee Benefit Statements" for clients in multiple industries to assist in communicating the value of the compensation / benefits package.

Employees will see the total value of their "Hidden Paycheck" when viewing the Employee Benefit Statement, which can positively impact retention thus reducing costs associated with recruitment, hiring and training.

Once the Employee Benefit Statements are generated the information database is maintained for the client. This database can be used to generate Employee Benefit Statements for "prospective employees", thus positively impacting recruitment efforts.

Employer Management Report

The Management Report is a synthesis of the information collected from surveys and the Employee Benefit Statement database. The summary report information may be used for example to identify the exact allocation of all employer benefit dollars and for proforma / budgeting perspectives. Another component of the management report includes the review of survey data (client compared to survey results), benchmark analysis followed by specific recommendations.
